Platform

Everything between a supplier feed and a live product page.

Bring every supplier into one catalog, get complete product records built to your standards, keep your team in control of what ships, and deliver into the systems you already run.

01Connect

Bring all your suppliers into one catalog.

Every supplier sends something different — a feed, a spreadsheet, sometimes just a barcode. It all lands in one catalog, mapped to your categories and attribute names by us. A new supplier is a setup task for us, not a project for you.

  • Feeds read from a URL every night and on demand
  • Spreadsheets imported in bulk, with a report of the rows that need fixing
  • A product can start from a barcode, a catalog number, or a brand and product name
  • Datasheet PDFs you attach, or that we find, are read into the record

02Enrich

Complete every product with evidence-backed data.

The AI researches each product on the open web and writes the whole record, starting from as little as a barcode. What it cannot verify, it leaves out.

  • Categories, attributes, and specifications, filled from your own lists
  • Titles, descriptions, and SEO fields, written to your standards
  • Product images, videos, and datasheets — found, checked, and hosted by us
  • The same conventions on every listing, whatever the supplier sent
  • Pages about a different product are discarded; if nothing reliable turns up, the record says so

03Review

Your team has the final say on every record.

The AI proposes the whole record and your editors decide. They open any product, change whatever they need, and what they finish is what reaches your systems.

  • Every product opens in one editor: content, attributes, images, and SEO fields together
  • The supplier’s original data stays beside what the AI wrote
  • When we are unsure about something, we ask your team on the exact product
  • Roles for editing and for read-only access, so the right people can change the catalog

Your rules

Your catalog, written to your standards.

From title formats and product descriptions to attributes and images, Catalogica follows your requirements. We set these up with you and account for the differences across your product categories.

  • Set up with you

We draft your standards from your existing listings during onboarding and refine them from your editors’ corrections. Your team approves the result.

  • Your categories and your attribute names

Products are classified into your categories and filled against your attribute sets, so what reaches your systems already uses your names and units.

  • Your best listings as the model

Mark the products that show how a listing should read. The rest of the category is written against them.

Example rules

Titles
Brand, model, then the one attribute that sells it. 70 characters at most.
SEO titles
The product title plus your shop name, 60 characters at most.
Perfumes
Titles end with concentration and size, for example “Eau de Parfum, 50 ml”.
Supplements
Descriptions state dosage and pack size. No claims the label does not make.
Weight
Always in grams, whatever unit the supplier used.
Images
At least 1000 × 1000 pixels, product on white, packaging shots last.

Illustrative examples. Rule parameters such as lengths and image sizes are yours to set.

04Publish

Keep working in the systems you already use.

Finished product records go into your shop, marketplace, PIM, or ERP. We build the connection with you during onboarding, with the scope and cost agreed upfront. Your team can work in Catalogica or continue in your existing tools.

  • Each record is delivered on its own, as soon as it is ready — never a full-catalog reload
  • Run import, enrichment, and delivery through the API without opening the editor
  • Export your product list to XLSX or CSV at any time

Integrations

Whatever you run, we deliver into it.

Catalogica sits between your suppliers and the systems you sell from. These are the kinds of system finished records go into.

Shop platforms

Finished records go into your store’s catalog in the categories, attribute names, and units it already uses.

  • Shopify
  • Magento / Adobe Commerce
  • WooCommerce
  • PrestaShop
  • Shopware
  • CloudCart
  • Gombashop

Marketplaces

One finished record per product, delivered to each marketplace you sell on with the attributes and images its listings ask for.

  • Amazon
  • eMAG
  • Allegro
  • Kaufland
  • Zalando

PIM

Use our editor, or skip it: import, enrich, and deliver through the API, and finished records go straight into your PIM.

  • Akeneo
  • Pimcore
  • Salsify
  • Plytix

ERP, files, and API

Start from a feed URL or a spreadsheet, take finished records over the API, and export your product list to XLSX or CSV.

  • SAP
  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • Odoo
  • CSV
  • XLSX
  • XML
  • JSON
  • REST API
  • SFTP

Whatever you run — Shopify, Magento, Akeneo, SAP, or a system of your own — we build the connection into it with you as part of onboarding. It is scoped and quoted first, and once it runs it is a priced task like any other.

05Improve

Your feedback guides ongoing refinement.

We compare the AI’s output with your team’s final versions, identify what needed changing, and refine your rules with you.

  • AI output measured against your team’s approved versions
  • Every difference sorted into a named outcome, across your whole catalog
  • Published rules are scored on your catalog: corrections before against after

Industries we serve

Every category is written to its own rules.

A perfume needs its concentration in the title and its notes in the description; a supplement needs the dosage and none of the claims the label does not make. Rules are set once for the whole catalog and refined at any level your catalog is organised by, categories first, so each product is researched and written the way its category requires.

Perfumes & cosmetics

Titles carry the concentration and size, descriptions get a fragrance-notes section, and INCI ingredient names stay in Latin script even when the listing is written in Cyrillic.

  • concentration and size in the title
  • fragrance notes section
  • INCI names kept in Latin script
  • full composition section

Pharmacy & supplements

Descriptions state dosage and count in an intake section, nutritional values are laid out as a table, and no diagnosis or treatment claim appears unless the label makes it.

  • dosage and count in the title
  • intake and dosage section
  • nutritional values as a table
  • no claims the label does not make

Books

The publisher’s description is copied word for word rather than rewritten, so the listing says exactly what the publisher says and nothing is summarised or translated.

  • publisher text copied verbatim
  • nothing summarised or translated

Electronics & tools

Manuals, datasheets and warranty sheets are told apart and the newest version kept. Specs are read from the datasheet into your attribute list, in the unit convention each attribute’s rule sets, and product shots on a plain background come before packaging.

  • manual, datasheet, warranty told apart
  • specs read from the datasheet
  • unit convention per attribute
  • packaging shots ranked last

Video games

Editions, remasters, DLC and platform versions are treated as different variants of one game, so the trailer attached to a PS5 deluxe edition is checked against that version and not the base game’s.

  • trailer matched to platform and edition
  • DLC kept apart from the base game
  • remaster told from the original
  • variants of one game read consistently

Board games & puzzles

Titles carry the piece count and stay compact, and select-type specs are filled only from the values your list allows, never from the supplier’s spelling.

  • piece count in the title
  • compact, specific titles
  • values only from your list

Merchandise & collectibles

Titles name the edition, size and series that tell one item from the next, and colour or size variants of the same item are grouped and written consistently rather than listed as unrelated products.

  • edition, size and series in the title
  • variants grouped as one product
  • variant value in title and SEO title

The categories, attribute lists and allowed values come from your own catalog; nothing here is preset. The rules behind each tag are written with you during onboarding and tuned from your editors’ corrections.
